LUCKY ME
This is the layout I did from the March sketch over at Coordinates Collections. It's green because of their March GREEN contest. I made this for Meg's memory book. My adult daughter still loves bling so I used lots of glitter and rhinestones.
WooHoo! Today I'm removing TWO of my layouts for publication in the March issue of Scrapbook News & Review. It's an on-line magazine that you can read with a paid subscription.

3 FOR 3
This weekend I worked on 3 cards for 3 different challenges. Scrapbook News & Review (SNR) had a Spring Fling Crop on Saturday. I made a card for the challenge to use three different types of flowers. Queen Kat Designs released their vintage stamps this weekend and also had several challenges on their blog and SNR. I entered the black, white and red challenge. I am lovin' their new stamp line and have my eye on a few of those flappers. Finally, I made a spring card for the weekly Hero Arts Club challenge. I bought the HA clear stamp set of Heels. My girls love their heels so I plan to make lots of projects with this set. UPDATE: My black, white and red card scored me some QKD stamps. Can't wait to get them!!!!

Wall Art Collage
I belong to a club called Prairie Stampers. On February 21 we had our first annual art retreat. We created for 12 hours, from 9am to 9pm with two breaks for meals that we carried in. Tons of crafting and tons of yummy food. (It's all about the food.) This is a picture of the 12 x 12 wall art collage. We used watercolor crayons, manila tags, stencils, and rubber stamps. We crinkled, folded, and spritzed to our hearts' content. There was a lot going on in our allotted time so I had to finish at home, selecting the parts of the tags I wanted to used as 2.25 x 2.25 squares, mounting them onto the base we had made, and then embellishing with some bling, fiber, and metals. I really liked this project (even though I don't own any water color crayons---YET!)
