What's similar: I used a patterned paper for the tag, mine is from Graphic 45. I used a calendar, but from Jenni Bowlin. I used a cut out ornament--this one a Basic Gray chipboard. I was so pleased with myself when I saw the great results of the inked and Rock Candy crackled ornament. It was only when I went to attach the metal hook, that I realized the BG different design included the hook so I had to go back and add a layer of silver stickles on the top. That meant more drying time! I found a couple of metal corners to add as displayed on Tim's tag as well as the evergreen trim. Sometimes there's comfort in not straying too far from the original, unlike the other Tim tag I made where I created my own theme.
Since this is a technique learning experience, I followed the directions and used the same inks and distressing as Tim suggested.

Very nice...I am amazed that the ornament is just inked, then Stickled...looks like you used a heat gun or glossy accents. The sprig of pine and metal corners look great! Nice g45 pattern choice too :)
Season's Greetings my friend...
Micupoftea, I meant to say crackled not stickled. You really know your inks, etc.
