A fun and festive way to use up some scraps with your basic supplies. I got this idea from my friends at Prairie Art Stamps. These types of decorated treats are often found at their store celebrations/open houses. I started with the stamp and then decided I liked the punched snowflake better. But the two together make a nice display. I'm going to hand these out at work---just a nice little treat to find on your desk.
