Queen Kat Designs Royal Wednesday Blog Hop

Did you come from AlienAnessa 's awesome blog? Then you know IT'S TIME FOR ANOTHER BLOG HOP! We've made it easy for you. Since I'm at the end of the list, all you have to do is click here on Queen Kat Designs and it takes you back to the main site where you can start at the beginning of the blog, check out the store, see our galleries, and so much more! If you started with me, please be sure to follow the blog hop and see what all the designers created for today. We were challenged to use the sketch shown. I used the new QKD August stamp set release Owl n Stumpy (click on the words to see it in the store).

What I did and what I used: QKD stumpy stamp on double labels made with Nestabilities dies. Owl from set used to make random stamped background paper; paper then crumpled and distressed. Patterned papers from Graphic 45 and 7 Gypsies; sentiment from 7 Gypsies put inside bottle cap altered with Adirondack copper mixative alcohol ink; flowers from Prima and Hero Arts, Kaiser copper pearls; StazOn timber brown ink; Tim Holtz for Ranger distress inks in vintage photo, antique linen, and walnut stain.

that is a wonderful card with the owls and I especially like the way you did the background owls by turning some upside down to give that diamond pattern affect
