I printed it out on card stock, folded the paper at the sleeves, and then fussy cut out the dress shape. I printed out a second dress in order to cut out the nest, remove the center and then pop it up with foam dots in order to glue in the three 10mm plastic eggs. I added more dimension with a rose and bow.
