Raven

We're continuing our Poe theme.  The Gingersnap Creations Random Redhead Challenge today is GC123: Ravens.

I chose to work with this Red Lead Paperworks ATC rubber stamp. I did minimal embellishment because I think this stamp has so much wonderful detail.

After stamping onto tag paper, I blended Ranger Distress inks:  Wild Honey, Spiced Marmalade, and Rusty Hinge.  I edged with Black Soot.  After layering onto a black card stock ATC, I added twine and some plastic transparent gems.

Be sure to visit the Gingersnap Creations blog to see the inspiring work of the other Gingers, check out the entry rules, and take a look at the wonderful prize being offered by this month's sponsor, Alpha Stamps.  Then create something raven and link it up by November 13.  You just may be the next Ginger Gem!

Oh the organ music is so perfect!! Terrific ATC and you are right not much needed with such a detailed stamp. You inspired me enough to work on yet another Halloween project when I thought I couldnt come up with one more idea - and I quite like it!! Hugs
