She Wore a Yellow Ribbon

As a new member of the Gecko Galz design team, I used images from two ephemera sets released this month, Kiss Me and Game Time. 

I made the kissing couple into a ping file and placed it on top of the War BINGO card.  After printing it out, I distressed it and edged with Ranger Black Soot ink and placed it on a blank black card.  Embellishments include a BINGO cover from my private vintage ephemera collection and flowers from the Flying Unicorn.  Here is a close up of the ribbon and flowers:

It seemed appropriate to use a yellow ribbon.  Here is a link to one version of the significance of the yellow ribbon in wartime: Wikipedia.
